Return Policy

Oomphies accepts returns on orders shipped within the U.S. You can request a refund within 30 days of your order date, or an exchange or store credit within 60 days of your order date. To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following criteria:

- Be in new and unused condition, with tags still attached

- Be sent back as a complete pair in the original packaging

Purchasers who opted in to Checkout+ at checkout will have free return shipping. Purchasers who opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Start a return using the link above and upload a photo of the item. Our team will review your request before it's approved.

Please note that you are only allotted 1 exchange unless you received a defective product. Returns and exchanges are available within the U.S. only.

Return/Exchange FAQ

If you have questions on the pair you ordered, please send us an email here. For any returns/exchanges, items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition or restocking fees may apply.

Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale.
