Return Policy

Oomphies has a 30-day return or 60-day exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following criteria:

- Be in new and unused condition

- Be sent back as a complete pair in the original packaging

First, you’ll need your order number - This can be found on the top of your order confirmation email and will start with a # (#XXXX). Click the link below to access our easy online return platform!

Exchanges and store credits are free. Please note that you are only allotted 1 exchange, unless you received a defective product. If you would prefer a refund, you will be charged a handling fee of $7.95.

Return/Exchange FAQ

If you have questions on the pair you ordered, please send us an email here. For any returns/exchanges, items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition or restocking fees may apply.

Oomphies reserves the right to institute a $4-8 restocking fee, per item, when said items are refunded against the above stated Return Policy. Depending on circumstances, you will be issued either online store credit to be used during your next purchase or credit in the same form of purchase of the original item. 

Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale.
