Free Shipping: We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping and exchanges within the U.S. on orders over $39.95. Products ordered with Standard shipping normally arrive within 4-5 business days.

General Information: Our warehouse is located in Louisville, KY. We ship orders between 8am and 3pm (PST) Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders placed before 9:00am PST (Noon EST) usually ship out the same day. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. Please note that expedited orders does not include processing time (1-2 business days).

International: We can ship to MOST countries via UPS International delivery. Please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses. The approximate time frame is 7 – 17 business days. Business day are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery to International addresses may require the consignee to pay additional fees that include: Duties, taxes and brokerage fees as mandated by the government for the country where the shipment is received. You may check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. These fees must be paid to the courier at or prior to delivery.
